Assessment
Are you new to MAT? Prepare for an engaging session where you actively participate in uncovering answers. During MAT treatments, you'll have the chance to share your unique history and undergo movement assessment and testing, allowing us to evaluate range of motion and muscle contraction. Our objective is to identify your weakest link and work towards strengthening it.

Treatment
After identifying your "weak" or inhibited muscles, the subsequent stage involves activating them through palpation or an EMS (electric muscle stimulation) machine. As your muscles regain their ability to contract effectively, you may experience an enhanced range of motion as a positive outcome. Keep in mind that your MAT session will be personalized to cater to your unique body and specific needs.
