My Story

My name is Michael Lingenfelter, and I have a personal connection to the world of fitness. Growing up in the Central Valley, I developed a deep passion for helping others overcome their physical challenges and achieve their health goals. However, it was a significant event in my own life that truly set me on a transformative path.

In 2014, I fractured my back, and the experience was both physically and emotionally challenging. The frustrations of dealing with my own pain, as well as witnessing the struggles of my clients, motivated me to find effective solutions. That's when I stumbled upon Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT), and everything changed.

 

As I went through MAT treatments and immersed myself in the education process, something just clicked. I realized that MAT offered a unique approach to addressing pain and optimizing fitness. It wasn't like anything I had encountered before, and I knew I had discovered something special. This realization ignited a fire within me, and I embarked on a personal journey to become a practitioner of MAT.

Since then, my focus has been on using Muscle Activation Techniques to help my clients break free from pain, achieve their fitness and health goals, and even assist athletes in reducing their risk of injury and enhancing their performance. With MAT as my foundation, I've witnessed incredible transformations and empowered individuals to live pain-free lives.

I take a personalized approach to every session, understanding that each person has their own unique needs and challenges. Through a combination of MAT techniques, tailored exercises, and ongoing support, I guide my clients towards optimal physical well-being. It's an incredibly rewarding experience to witness their progress and see them regain control over their bodies and lives.

The first step to working with us is a quick (5-15 minute) consultation over the phone, where we get to talk about your specific situation a bit, as well as answer any big questions you have prior to scheduling an evaluation.
 
If you are a good fit, we will do our very best to get you in for an eval as soon as possible! Depending on current client volume, it may be a week or two before we can find a time that works for both of us.
